The room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. But it was evident that the hotel needs updating. Many light bulbs were out in the lobby, halls and in our room. Curtains in our room were ripped, the couch had a hole in it and the stuffing was coming out, just to name a few things. However, everything was clean and acceptable for a building of this age. It didn’t hinder our stay. This hotel is in a great location and updating it would definitely be a plus. Complimentary breakfast was very good and we liked the fact that it was something different every day. Audra was very sweet and friendly. She made us feel welcome. Always happy and smiling. She made our stay more enjoyable. Overall was an enjoyable stay. We would stay there again. (Room 322)

Into the third room before I found one TV that worked. That was a suite that had two TVs and one of those still didn’t work. Clerk wasn’t super helpful or apologetic. Nearly 30 minutes going to different rooms to find one TV that worked. She said she knew they had been working on upgrades, but had no idea that some room said no signal at all

The price was unbeatable and was a great value. The exterior of the property could use a little more TLC. The entrance mat of a hotel says everything. This one was filthy. The carpet throughout the property was just disgusting! My room was extremely clean, except for the carpet and the mold or mildew and rust surrounding the grouted area of the tub. The breakfast was excellent! Coffee in the room was a welcome bonus. The front desk agent was very friendly and welcoming. It was very quiet and I got a great night's sleep. I would stay here again because the good outweighs the bad, but the carpet has to go!

It wasn’t the worst hotel I have stayed at. The bed was comfortable and the room was cooled good. The carpets and mattress were stained heavily, the hallways smelt like body odor and cigarette smoke. Over all it was an okay stay, but probably won’t go back.
