When I arrive to check into my suite they didn’t have a suite for me to check into. I had to call the front desk for items more than twice. Buffet breakfast was really bad not a large selection of food. I really wouldn’t stay at this property again.

I do not see anything talking about a parking up that I got here to jaken. They told me that I need to pay additional thirty five dollars just for parking

The stay was alright for comfort, beds were nice and nicely made. The room was clean as well. They had to ask for my card 3 times because it didn’t save, then they called my room to ask for the numbers over the room phone, then they called again because they were missing a number. They gave me a free night of parking because they didn’t attach parking to my room key so I was sitting at the gate to the parking garage and couldn’t get out. Couldn’t find carts at check in or out so my daughter and I had to carry all our stuff to and from the car.

Unfortunately the fire alarm was malfunctioning and went off in the middle of the night. I called front desk and they sent someone quickly to fix it.
