Staff were all friendly and kind. The trolley lift took some getting used to, but the everything else was easy. Hotel had a modern feel and walking distance to metro station. There were lots of things to walk to. Valet service was fast with retrieving my vehicle. My room was near the corner of the intersection and close to the ground, so loud trucks or cars were heard in the room. My dogs noticed more than I did, but the truck sounded like thunder. The area in front for the valet to pull the car around is limited. I missed it my first pass. Happy with my visit and I'd stay again.
