I really have no complaints with this hotel as long as you know in advance two things: 1. They charge a $25 a day amenity fee, which can be offset by taking snacks from their snack bar, which is weird. 2. Parking at this place isn't worth the headache. Either take a Lyft or walk from the Metro. With all that being said, my stay was great. I stayed in room #307. Great floor to ceiling windows with a view of the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants/bars just a block away. Check in and check out was a breeze. I didn't try the hotel restaurant, but the wife and I did enjoy sitting out on the hotel patio in the late afternoon. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel & location. Room was spacious & well appointed. Filtered water dispenser was a fantastic feature. Staff was accommodating. Didn't quite understand the $25 daily fee which provides a $15 purchase at the in house market as we typically would not be purchasing these items. Would've preferred a reduced fee.

The hotel was fine, Location is great. Only problem we had was that after a long, hot day of sightseeing we arrived back at our room and the cleaning people were there! It was 6:30pm! We left that morning around 10:30am!

The hotel is well-located on the waterfront of Old Alexandria. The waterfront is a beautiful place to walk. The parking garage at the hotel was very convenient. It’s also easy walking distance to other sites and restaurants in town. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Best location on the Potomac and in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. Chadwick’s restaurant is just out the back entrance to the left. There are so many historic sites to visit within walking distance such as the tomb of the unknown revolutionary war soldier behind the Presbyterian Meeting house, and the first Catholic Church in the Virginia colony, basilica St. Mary’s, and countless other historic places.
