Ran out of strawberry jam for breakfast, plus had to wait for some cooked breakfast items being replaced when they had ran out. Otherwise, staff and the hotel itself was pretty spot on.

Another excellent stay
We have stayed in this hotel a few times before and we will continue coming back. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel has been improved to a very high standard. Breakfast is excellent and it is so clean!
