The layout of the rooms, the cleanliness, and the condition of the rooms and the premises were all on par. The property overall is maintained well. The crowd visiting the property is also great which includes couples and families mostly. The service is where the management can work over. Overall, a nice getaway from the city life

This property is beautiful.. Ample greenery excellent facilities.. We stayed in a villa with a pvt pool so it was really worth it.. Only thing is it is not senior citizen friendly... My grandfather has to alone in the room for dinner and breakfast as the restaurant is in the 2nd floor with no lift.. Which is surprising because a installing a lift will be so easy for them.. Also the prices are a bit steep!!.. Overall good experience

Dirty bedsheets changed only when we complained, I believe U Tropicana is saving money, make sure if your room is actually cleaned completely when you check in. Waste of money staying here

Good place for Family Getaway.
Nice place very well maintained. Roads are bad to reach there but once you are there you are fine. Great place as you have direct excess to swimming pool from your room. Had a good relaxing stay here, although they can improve on food especially for Jain Menu.

worst customer service ever by staff
Reception staff was totally amateur. Didn't know welcome etiquettes, bathrooms were stinking with wall having dark patches. Dining restaurant the waiters were not able to tackle 2-3 families and lunch order took ever to come. Bread had fungus on it! When we showed it they took away the bread. No food options besides restaurant.

Entrance to the rooms was poor. Walkways were tiled, but the entrance was thru mud and water. While checking out, the cart did not come. Our luggage and ourselves, had to go in the rain. No proper map was provided for the 12 acre site. On account of this, we could not see most of it. This is a resort, we should be able to know the various locations.

Nice resort for weekend stay close to Mumbai
U Tropicana is nice resort close tp kihim beach. The property is well maintained and room are big and interiora are very good. The rooms are pool facing and if ypu enjoy swimming then you can choose room at ground floor. The food quality is just average and resort really need to work on that

Good resort close to the beach
The resort is very serene and beautifully located. The rooms are very pleasing, property clean and with good amenities. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The restaurant breakfast buffet had very good ample choices and tasty. The regular restaurant serving has limited menu choice. They have large and clean pool (no separate pool for kids). Amenities like Library and club room are available for guests. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. Just few improvements: 1) Good road signs to direct to the property. 2) Restaurant needs more menu choices and prompt service 3) Room service is very slow 4) More entertainment for the guest (organized evening programs or activities for kids)

It is a rare combination of well maintained property and good food. Though order takes a while to reach the table, overall services are good including the hospitality of staff. In nutshell a good hangout place.
