Location was great and staff was excellent. Marvelous rooftop bar. Breakfast was expensive but there are many options nearby. Only issue was that there are two small elevators and one was not working on two of the days. The staff was very helpful and apologetic and directed us to the service elevator but there were still lineups. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely refurb of a hotel we have used many times. Shame you do not open the upstairs bar this time of year. Fortunately the Portico bar ( a favourite!) was open. The internet connection was very poor from our room 202

This hotel was in the perfect location whereby you could walk to any where you wanted. Staff were very friendly and on hand with everything. The only downside is that the room had no heating and it did get chilly but they were able to provide addition covers. I would definitely book again if I was to go back to Alicante
