I made my reservation and fully paid before my visit. Upon arriving I was refused because they would not accept my card for an incidentals deposit. This is a valid physical card and I was refused my stay late at night and in turn had no where to go. I am still waiting on my refund. Terrible experience.

The hotel has a different policy regarding virtual cards that was not stated anywhere when I booked my room. It wasn't until I went to check in that I found out that they would not take my card or cash. Luckily I had access to another option otherwise I would have charged for not cancelling my room in advance with no where to stay while 4 hours from home. You should not accept cards for reservations that will not be accepted on site.

Excellent hotel. Large rooms, very clean. We liked and utilized the outdoor grilling area. I would recommend creating even more separate outdoor spaces for hanging out.

This is one of my favorite places to stay when visiting Allentown. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Only complaints this trip was the pool water was really cold and the guests on the floor above me were extremely noisy at 4:30am!

I requested a quiet room. While it’s was further down from the elevator it also was on the side of the hotel near the Highway. The rooms are not built to filter noise did not rest well. Refrigerator made noise all night even though I’ve maker was off
