The three front desk, ladies were amazing and very apologetic about the situation. They did their due diligence however, housekeeping did not to pay all that money to spend the weekend there in the room have bugs and inch thick dust fleas burn holes in the blanket make up stains on the bed Hair on the bathroom floor splattered old food on the wall wall just did not seem worth the money I only stayed because the front desk ladies were amazing and because they could not refund me any of the money that was paid

Room smelled. Otherwise very clean.

Although the room was very clean it STANK. Apparently the previous person smoked and management new about it. Although the staff was responsive, their solution was to spray to try and get rid of the smell, and it didn't work. Additionally the "bomb" spray they described left the floor slimy. I asked for a different room but was denied.
