The property is fine overall. The check-in and check-out process leaves a lot to be desired. Also, when I called the day after leaving to ask another question, I waited on hold for 26 minutes!!

Liked the hotel would stay again.
Very nice, room unfortunately was next to a rain drain. It rained very hard 1 night and the drain noise was loud in the room. Should of brought ear plugs my bad. The location was excellent for everything, dining, driving, close to restaurants and shops and the casino.

The hotel was clean and tidy and our room was spotless! I’m over-critical about that, so I don’t say this lightly. This is one of the few hotel showers I’ve had that had a high pressure shower with hot water! Excellent stay. I probably won’t need to stay in Bethlehem, PA again, but if I did it would be here - hands down!
