Room cleaning was denied even though we requested the room to be cleaned. When we returned at night and found the room uncleaned, they told us their policy is to clean the rooms and change sheets once every 3 days. Totally unacceptable

Tidy but tired property!
The staff were great and very welcoming. The property is just old & worn. Acoustics/soundproofing was non existent. Early morning travelers (5 AM) woke us with water running and banging around in their rooms.

The hotel is very quiet and well kept, very stylish. My room and bathroom were extremely clean, comfortable (nice firm mattress), and quiet. I will certainly stay there again, and I recommend it.

Definitely a place to stay.
Very friendly staff. Had issues with bathroom tub faucet but they were here in to fix and offer different room. But remain in our room. Did take Luke warm /cold shower I’ve stayed here before and knew they would make it comfortable.
