Walls are very thin - you could hear TVs and normal conversation from adjoining rooms. When cleaning staff started in the morning they were laughing and having loud conversations in the hallway. The housekeeper next door (direct observation) played loud music through headphones that was very disruptive. I like seeing employees enjoy their job and interact well with others but this was not considerate of hotel guests that may have still been sleeping.

The hotel seemed very nice in the pictures only to find out upon arrival the pool was closed for the season, not enough bath towels in our room, and the outdoor fire pit was not operational.

The room had an off-smell, as if the carpet had been soiled and they tried to clean it but you never really get the smell out completely. needs new carpeting They advertise free breakfast, but there isn't much to it. Front desk help perpetually "on break;" there was a person when he was there was quite helpful, though

The hotel was very easy to find and conveniently located. The bed was very comfortable, as was the couch in the room. It was unfortunate that the pool was not open/available because of renovations.

At the time of our stay, the temperature outside was upper 90’s with a lot of humidity so my main gripe here was the temperature in the room. The AC which is programmed only goes down to 66 and it didn’t cool off the room to my liking. If you can’t stay somewhere where you are comfortable then why bother.
