This hotel Days, across the street from Allentown airport is my favorite place to stay in this area. It provides shuttle. There is hot coffee all the time and hot breakfast every morning. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. I especially want to give thanks to a superb member of hotel staff at the front desk. Sam, Nick, and the rest of the staff is such a nice and helpful group of professionals from them greeting me when I check in to wishing me a pleasant departure, this man is kind and helpful, even when high volume of guests require attention he's attentive with positivity. And thanks for taking my food order and informing me of the restaurant/lounge within hotel. The front desk guys Sam and Nick is amazing, helpful, kind, professional, and very attentive.. 5 star customer relations..

When we first arrived, we were 15 minutes early. They would not check us in and so we went for a walk, We came back in 10 minutes and there was a line, and he was checking others in. When we got in room and looked in bathroom there was only towel service for 2 and we were three. I immediately called the desk and asked for towels. We went out and at our return after 9PM there was still no additional towels, so we called again finally towels were brought up. When I went in for a shower there was no drain stopper so my grandson could not take a bath, IN the AM when we went to breakfast, I stopped at the desk and requested a stopper be brought up. We were again gone all day but when we returned around 5 still no stopper. I called down again and asked. Around 7 PM my daughter took my grandson to the pool. she stopped at the front desk and she asked again. They told her I had not given my room number so they could not come. She told them that was not true as she heard me tell them our room number. Plus, I thought the room number could be seen by the front desk when I called automatically. At least that is how it used to work. The room itself did not have a bureau or closet. There was a rack on the wall with 5 hangers otherwise there was no place for your clothes. In the bathroom there was no place to out a car of soap, there was no shelf to put any toiletries, there was on hook on the bathroom door but no towel racks. The room was dirty they're was a brownish reddish stains on the windows blind, wires exposed air port across street every half hour a plane, can't eat free hot breakfast in bedroom, pool was huge fun, but over chlorinated my burgundy shirt is light red, Fri and Sat are not going days there is constant traffic at all hours of night, they were removing mattresses from rooms on 2nd day was told they had roaches, bed sunk whenever you slept on it, the only way to get house keeping was to leave for unlocked at chance is being robbed, can't see out windows good they are frosted over, only flowers are fake ones in property, breakfast was good on Sat and Sunday only thing good about hotel, is pool tires out kids, and cable shows for kids, . If your go here or have to keep your eyes on the kids, in 2 seconds anything can Happen and airport is right across street. Psp is a block down the road.
