The room had about 1 inch gap in the door faucet and sink handles were loose .Are room was out dated .Just felt for the monwy could have done better wont be back !! Handing the front desk clerk my credit card to run and she said that was fine than ran my debit card that was on file so lack of communication .

The room was terribly neglected to say the least. I found dried blood on my bed sheets as well a a turd when I opened the sofa bed. I was horrified!

The only thing that did go well was Front Desk support in the evening - MacKenzie. She was very helpful and helped me with my Hilton Rewards. The room was outdated, fly on the window sill, hair dryer looked like a dog chewed it and the hot water took about 10 minutes to heat up before you could shower. Breakfast was Ok, but the first day the potatoes were so dry and the omelets didn't have cheese (I think it could have been an option). The second day the potatoes were pretty much raw and it was egg omelet soup. I was afraid we were both going to get sick. And don't even get me started on all of the screaming kids at breakfast... For $150 plus a night it wasn't worth it. I expected a lot more from a Hampton Inn.

We would come back to this hotel. Everything was great with the exception of the breakfast. The complementary bottled water and take away bag at check out is a nice gesture.
