Gave away room and over charge for repla

We called ahead of our stay and were told that the room we booked over a month earlier had been given away and was now unavailable. We chose that style of room specifically to accommodate our needs. They offered us a different 'set' of rooms and I was assured over the phone they would honor our original room cost. Instead after our stay I received a CC charge for 2 separate rooms and over $300 higher than the original room. They absolutely refused to issue a refund or communicate with me about the over charge that we did not agree to.

Great stay for what we need

We need a hotel once a year for an event we attend. We have stayed here twice. Hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and Breakfast was good. Forgot it had a pool so didn't get to swim... See ya next year!

I recently stayed with my family. The staff was super nice and very friednly, even my boys said how nice they were to them. The room and bathrrom area were very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was very good and the area was well stocked and very clean.
