There was no tub drain stopper or plug in the bathtub to stop water from going down. The accessability bathtub, was one of the reasons I chose that room as myself and my mother both have foot and ankle injury and pain severly. Also, the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in the showrr were empty, there was also only two small hand towels stocked in room. I called down to the front desk and told the person who answered the phone about the issues such as no tub xrain stopper, NO hair and body soaps in containers. THE GUY PROCCEEDED TO TELL ME THE ONLY THING HE COULD FIX NOW WAS THE TUB DRAIN PLUG , BUT I WOULD NEED TO COME DOWN MYSELF TO DESK TO GET ONE.. also for the 3rd time i inquired prior confirmatin on spa closeure time but 3 times everytime we were there Staff closed pool area early. I cannot walk well right

Very happy with this hotel. I will definitely stay here again. The room was very clean and had all the little item you may have forgotten to pack for example, personal shower cap and hair tie. The hotel is very convenient, close to the ABE airport. And breakfast, which smelled amazing however we did not get to try since we were running late.

The property was rated as Excellent, however it definitely should not have gotten that rating. It was a good property at most. The breakfast was okay, and should have definitely been part of the hotel fee. Staff was friendly, area was good. I would not stay at the hotel again.

We came and stayed for a concert and to visit Bethlehem. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. A lot of shopping and dining close by. Super close to Bethlehem. Room was clean and comfortable. It was great having a bar on site. After a long day out we came back and had drinks (delicious) in the lobby which was affordable and cozy with fireplace going. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. We really appreciated the bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash in shower as well as hand soap & lotion by sink (especially the hand soap). We will definitely stay here again.

Check in was great. My husband has mobility problems, so she asked if we needed a handicap room and did a great job of meeting his needs. The sink drain did not work, but maintenance took care of it. We had no hot water one evening. Service for breakfst was very slow, with others who came after us served first. We decided we will not return next time although the bed was super comfy and it was quiet.

The room was clean and comfortable. Trying to regulate the temperature of the refrigerator was quite challenging. I lost a fair amount of food because it froze. Even food that was in the door froze. Next time I'll bring a cooler and keep it filled with ice. Also, the pool and hot tub are in desperate need of attention! There is a lot of chips along the edges and peeling paint. The timer on the hot tub wasn't working and only one of the jets had any significant force.
