I'm a hilton member and this fitness center needs an overhaul. both treadmills were down and the fitness center wasn't kept up. My stay was for two nights and unfortunately, I got called to another state, forfeiting the room at full price. there should have been a discount.

Our second time staying here. Just a great hotel. It's clean, it's safe. The property itself is very nice. The breakfast is really good and dinner is great. Many dinner options and affordable. After a day of sightseeing, it's great to go to the hotel, shower and not have to leave the hotel for dinner. The staff is kind and accommodating. This is our go to when in Allentown.

Property was nice everything was good and the breaksfast lady was amazing and she should get a raise becaude she deslt with alot and i only can complain about the stain on the one blanket in my one room and no ventilation in the bathrooms after showers and also when you ask for a crib they gave us a playpen with a 7 month old and a person who has back issues that wasnt fun. When you say a crib your actually getting a play pen

Location was easy to find. Area was busy yet convenient to airport. Shopping and restaurants near by. All was well except that I needed to cancel the 2nd night of my stay and was told by the agent at the front desk that it would not be a problem. At checkout I got two unwelcome surprises. First that the rate I was charged was more than what was listed on the app when I reserved the hotel. Second was that the cancellation never went through and I was charged the frill rate for two nights despite assurances that the cancellation of the second night was OK. Front desk was no help and the matter remained unresolved.

I booked a Saturday to Sunday as a mother's day treat to myself. All I wanted was an escape with a pool and a hot tub. The pool was ice cold, the hot tub said 3 feet deep, which it would have been if full, but it only had about 15 inches of water in it. Needless to say my aching body is still aching and even more so now after lugging my luggage. I should have just stayed home and saved my money.
