The property was located in a convenient area which was great. For the most part very clean. Staff was kind and accommodating. Unfortunately I was able to hear the guest right above me from time to time. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

UP ALL NIGHT

I was kept awake most of the night because the floor above my room was squeaking. The guests above me stayed up all night walking around and i had to use the television to drown out the noises

Bad Hotel

No sheets or pillows for pull out couch bed. Our reservation was for 2 adults and 1 child, so we expected the sheets and pillows. Took 75 minutes to get them. Shower doors closed the wrong way do all shower water sprayed out of the shower onto bathroom floor. Due to this issue we had not enough towels to take 3 showers because we needed them to dry floor, When we requested 4 more towels, we received 2. Room above us was running STOMP marathon all night until 1 ;45am, at which time they got into the shower. Our room now sounded like a missel that was just shot off for 45 minutes (when shower was over) When speaking to front desk about the issues, desk clerk could not even make eye contact let alone an apology. Could not seem to be able to care any less! I would never book this hotel for a stay again

Had a reservation for the weekend that was paid for and money raken from my account. They canceled after the first day then charged me again for another day that was already paid for. I am sure they wont miss my business or care but never staying here again. Manager claimed rhey only put a "hold" on my account and it wqs clearly taken out. He did not seemed bothered or cared because they took the money for a second day without me approving it.
