This was the best hotel experience I've ever had in my 25 years of travel experience. Not only were the rooms and entire facility clean, but it was also operated professionally by the hospitable staff working all shifts. The overnight people were just as cordial as the morning and afternoon staff. Lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was also a nice tough! Work out and pool facilities were clean and well managed. Whatever we needed the staff had us covered immediately with a smile. Any time I come back to the area I will frequent this location and encourage my friends and family to do the same. THE REVIEWS ON EXPEDIA DO NOT DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE TRUST ME!!!

Holiday Inn/Allentown - Good Buy/Pleasant Stay
Everything was fine. The staff was friendly and professional. Room was very, very spacious. Clean and well-maintained. Our toilet ceased to work and maintenance was in our room in less than 10 minutes but did not have the part to resolve the issue so they moved us to another room. Water pressure in the shower could be improved and highway access to the hotel is cumbersome. I would recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone headed to Allentown.
