A lovely hotel with very caring, hard working staff. The bed was lovely and the room clean. The only downside is that you only get paper cups in the room and if you want tea you have to use a coffee machine for the water.

Room smelled like it had been wet. I know this because after my basement flooded I had the same residual smell. Was supposed to be contacted by a manager to discuss. It's been 5 days and no one has contacted me.

This nice hotel is tucked away from Rte 100 in a quiet area away from all the noise from the roads. The room was clean and spacious. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Overall a great stay! Staff was very friendly; and although pricey, the restaurant food was good with large servings! The hotel is situated right off the highway, so depending on where your room is, you might hear some traffic noise.

Room was large and nicely furnished. Reception area was stylish. My first assigned room was not cleaned; the bed was unmade and towels were on the bathroom floor. The room HVAC units are dated and, hence, a bit noisy. The room had great shades though.

We were watching NASCAR RACE , The Daytona 500, On Saturday in the hotel. And it kept getting scrambled. We missed the end of the race as the cable went out completely. It was very disappointing. Also we did not have our cell phones to watch the replay. We just wanted you to be aware so this foesnt happen in the future to anothet customer.

Visited 08/08/24 - 08/11/24. Staff was friendly, and professional. Common area was clean and presentable. Room was presentable at first glance. Bathroom was cleaned, but hair overlooked in shower from previous guest, which was disappointing. HVAC thermostat kept resetting while gone which made room uncomfortable upon arrival. Toilet started to become inoperable due to faulty flush assembly.
