“I had an excellent stay at Howard Johnson. The pool area was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place to relax. The hot tub was a real highlight, with just the right temperature for unwinding after a long day. Both the pool and hot tub were never too crowded, making it easy to enjoy them peacefully. The hotel itself was comfortable and the staff were attentive. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great amenities!”

Decent budget hotel
But like a decent budget hotel to stay at. Although the continental Breakfast was not good. Bagels were hard as a rock. Toaster wasn’t working to warm up cold French toast.

This was the worst experience possible. There were bugs everywhere, smoke smells, presence of fire damage, mold on the shower, a busted lock on the door. The second room there was hair in the beds, the floor was disgusting, im pregnant so i was afraid to be there alone, things were thrown at our window in the middle of the night when my husband had left for the store. We left because i was uncomfortable. I had to clean everything myself with cleaning wipes.

It’s a good place I stay there 4 times everything you need is around it you don’t even need a car and it’s cheap the hotel got a lil few things here and there but for the price and where it’s at it’s very good

Cockroaches!!
Roaches!!!! This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. During check in the elderly man told me I looked like I was going to mess up the room because he “knew my type”. I, a 38 year old mother, was there with two of my children after a college football game. Then we get to the room at almost midnight (too late to leave and find another place) and there are baby roaches in the sink, on the bathroom floor, and on the walls near the beds. (I have pictures as well). The carpet in the room was sticky and the entire room was so dirty (I also took pictures). I am shocked this place hasn’t been shut down.

We booked this hotel for two nights, Friday and Saturday. We arrived late Friday night to a dirty, old, unkempt, smelly, creepy hotel. Bad vibes. We were actually afraid to stay there. There was HAIR IN THE SHOWER AND THE TUB. We managed to stay there for about five sleepless hours. We checked out very early, way before the official checkout time. They charged us for BOTH NIGHTS even though we weren't even there anymore. I wish I could give this hotel negative stars. One of the worst hotels in my life. Plus they charged us the security deposit. For what????

This hotel looked nice in the pictures. When we arrived I got my key, even though there was 2 adults and 4 kids we got one key. The room had an awful smell of cleaner and cat urine. It clearly stated online that it was a room that sleeps 6, the pull out bed was the size of a crib mattress that was dirty with brown stains on it. It was thin so the springs dug into your back and no way you were fitting one person on it comfortably let alone 2 so my son had to sleep on the floor. We asked for more pillows and towels since we only had 3 towels and were told there was plenty in the room and got one extra pillow. Ridiculous for the price. The outside door never shut so anyone off the street could come into the hotel. Very unsafe. I will NEVER come back to this hotel and will tell everyone about my experience. If I could give it negative stars I would.
