We had a great room. All of the staff were friendly & seemed to like their jobs. My son enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was an added bonus. They had a nice variety. Something for everyone.

The room was slightly worse than I expected, mainly regarding cleanliness. I noticed uncleaned areas beside the microwave and under the cabinet. I'm not sure if this was only an issue in my room. Breakfast was quite good. The kitchen staff promptly replaced food with fresh items whenever something ran out. However, the worst part of this stay was forgetting my child's jacket in the closet .few days ago.I called the hotel twice and left two messages for the house keeper manager. Unfortunately, the manager was not on duty, so I left the voicemail for her .and I never received any response from the hotel – not even an acknowledgement or an update on whether the jacket was found or not , Throughout this time, I received zero communication from the hotel regarding my inquiry.
