Room was spacious and very nice. No parking on site. Parking garage was across the street which isn’t very convenient if you forget something in your vehicle. Also charged $12 for parking. Front desk clerk wasn’t friendly and wasn’t very helpful. Was in walking distance to downtown Christmas festival which was mice!

Overall our stay was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast in the morning was better than most hotels we've stayed at. Rooms were very clean and more than enough room for us. The only issue i had was parking. Parking garage across the street not attached to the hotel which made it difficult and inconvenient for loading and unliading bags especially in the rainstorm they had during our stay. We paid for parking up front and reimbursed on departure. Besides that i would stay here again in the future.

The pool was out of order which was a huge inconvenience especially since I booked this site specifically for that. The room we were in must have had an animal before because my husband (who is allergic to cats and dogs) got a severe reaction.

We loved this hotel. The people were so nice and we loved our room and the food. The only issue was the noise our fridge made at night when we tried to sleep.

We reserved a room with a king bed, we got a room with 2 queens. The refrigerator was making a loud humming sound and the heating system going on and off during the night was bothersome.

Just don’t stay on the 6th/top floor
Our first night was on the top floor (room 603) and it was SO loud we couldn’t sleep. They moved us to the fourth floor in a huge room and it was totally quiet. Very close walk to town and ok complimentary breakfast. Friendly service too - especially the woman who worked the breakfast room.
