Exceptional property. Staff is professional and kind. Hotel feels fresh, clean and comfortable. Rooms are nicely organized and equipped. Pool and gym are small but just enough for a short stay. Breakfast is hot, fresh with nice variety of foods.

The staff here at the hotel is amazing!!! From the manager to housekeeping!!! The are ALL the best! Tracy at the front desk stands out the most! I felt like I’ve known her for years!!! She’s such a people person!!! Hats off to Marriott for having her on their staff!!!

I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.
