This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I can get past dated decor, but the room was dirty and service poor. First, the room only had two pillows and two sets of towels. We called the front desk first for additional pillows and then for the towels. However, the "fresh" pillows were without pillowcases and both were dirty and stained. When we called for pillowcases, we were treated as though we were requesting something above and beyond. The bathroom was filthy. The shower was covered in mold and mildew and there were small drain flies in both the bathroom sink and the sink just outside. The complimentary breakfast was just plain sad. Cereal, but no milk. Packaged oatmeal and tea bags, but no hot water. Omlettes were an egg folded around a piece of American Cheese product. And warm yogurt tubs in a bowl on the counter. We paid extra for a room with a refrigerator. We should have paid a little more for a hotel down the road. This place is disgusting and should be shut down.

The faucets were all broke and water went everywhere when trying to use. The shower door was falling off and it was made of glass. Tub looked dirty and the floors looked updated but dirty. The bedding looked very clean but needed a new mattress as i went with my 2 kids but we all had to sleep in the king bed due to the pull out sofa bed had no pillows or blankets in the room for it. I tried to call the front office but the phone was also broke! It was after 11pm and we all just wanted to sleep so we made due. The check in was great and the lobby was clean and updated.

Disappointing and the photos posted on Expedia are not accurate. Dirty from the lobby to the stairs and hallway to the room and bathroom. TV did not work. Two hair dryers did not work. One bed did not have a headboard and was pushed against a wall that was disgusting. Pictures to provide this.

The hotel is run down. Full stop. Its entrances are filthy. Bathtub/shower was so filthy we didn’t even shower there. Mattress was old and sunk into the middle. There were broken spots on bathroom door. No night table on one side of bed.

Checked in at 4pm. They put us on the second floor in the back. We drug our suitcases up the stairs, only to find the keycards they gave us didnt work. Walked back down to the front for new keys, realizing as we looked around that the carpets in the corridors were filthy! Certainly didn't give me confidence that a room was going to be clean. However once we got into the room it was fine.

The cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. We were moved from one room to another due to what appeared as if the sheets were not changed. Hair and what looked like pieces of a dead bug still on the top sheet. The floor was filthy, bathroom tub had terrible mold and when you stood in the tub for a shower, I wasn’t sure if I was going to get sea sick due to the water that seemed to lay in between the the tub layers. I am assuming some kind of a liner was under neath the tub due to it leaking. I realize at $150 for a night I should have slept in my car. Part of my enjoyment when I travel is the comfort of the hotel, I will think differently about the hotel that I pick moving forward. This hotel needs to be completely re done. I would NOT recommend. I was going to take a picture of the shower but it was to disgusting to look at.

The hotel was very accessible. It was clean albeit worn. However, the rooms and facility itself are rather large and spacious. The front desk is staffed with very efficient and knowledgeable people. There is a Wegman's walking distance from the hotel. The parking is ample. It is priced well and was a value. Thank you.
