The hotel was great but our room was not. I called 3 times to have our AC fixed and even went to the desk. No one helped us. Sweat box all day and night! The thermostat read 84°! No one would come fix it for us.

At check in staff was very kind and helpful with parking info! We were able to walk to our venue and there were a nu.ber of places to eat near by. The bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious and clean.

Great hotel - clean, comfortable and easy access to the PPL Center for concerts and shows. The room was very quiet. We met Albert the owner and he was wonderful - very engaging and genuinely concerned for the well being of his guests. The staff were ok - a lot of new people who weren't sure of things yet. Hopefully that will improve. The only real downfall was the parking situation - since it's downtown the only options were street parking at 3 dollars an hour or valet service through the hotel at 35 dollars a day. Since we only stayed one night for a concert it was a no brainer. Be prepared to wait to get your car back since the parking garage is a block over. I would recommend this hotel and we will be back if we need to stay over in Allentown again.

Two girlfriends and I were attending an event at the PPL center. The hotel was perfect and very pleasant. Breakfast the next day was delicious! If I am in the area again I would definitely stay there again.

For $500 a night I have expectations of a room that looks good. Wires hanging from TVs, old windows and dirty with no screens, no hair dryer, no ironing board or iron, very small tub, paint bubbles up on the wall, cheap ikea like desk, stain on kitchen ceiling, kitchen drawer blocked by refrigerator, and a view a back alley / trash! Parking 2 blocks away… they do have valet but I sat there in front at 6:30 pm No one helped The worst I’ve ever experienced

Great stay and would definitely do again. In town for a concert and this place was super convenient to everything you need. The matress in room 416 was WAY too soft in almost a comical fashion, but not funny when I resorted to the pull out sofa. The matress should probably be replaced because it was saggy but even saggier on one side. Still a great stay

The hotel is centrally located, for some reason my room wasn't clean during my 3 night stay. The listing says parking but only Valet parking is available for $35 a day. One can park on the street and pay hourly in a 2 hour meter until 9pm when it becomes free (until 7pm)

I want to manage my expectations since it might be hard to run a historic hotel, but the experience is still quite disappointing. Hotel is clearly understaffed and there is really no service. The rooms don't include breakfast, yet it's quite impossible to order breakfast from the hotel restaurant due to the long wait. We had to drive somewhere else to eat breakfast. Booked two rooms together and they gave us two rooms on different floors. One of the room key cards did not work for the elevator, which caused a huge hassle for us to go between the rooms (we asked a receptionist to swipe the card for the floor for us and they were not happy). There is also no water in the rooms. Leaving the hotel tired and hungry.
