We checked in, went to our room and found hair all over both beds’ sheets, the pillows and bathroom floor. Second room we got switched to had either a person in it or was never cleaned, scared my daughter to death when we opened the door and saw the room possibly in use. Third room, same issues with the hair in the beds but also, damp odor, damaged walls from the moisture and mold in the toilet. I will never use this property again.

The parking lot was closed. They were paving on a weekend. We had to park at taco bell. The super loud fire alarm went off around 11:30. We evacuated and went to our suv. Two fire trucks came. After about 45 min, we were able to back in with sore ears. I inquired about the alarm at the desk and the guy said, "I don't know".

Disappointed

The toilet would not flush, the blinds would not close, there were ants on the furniture. The manager was super apologetic and offered to cancel another persons room for us, but we didn’t want someone else to be out. He was so sorry even said if you guys reach out to him he would discount or provide a full refund.

Good stay

Good stay nothing bad. Pancake machine didn’t work one day. Same breakfast options as most hotels. The hotel had some nights the parking lot was very dark other nights it was fine. There were several big potholes so the lights would help to see them.

The pool never said closed on the website! Got there to check in asked if it was open said no due to cleaning but it would be open first thing in the morning however after my day went back around 5-6 still not open not the pool or hot and the room, I stayed in had hair in the tub carpet look un clean.

Stay somewhere with better protcol

The woman who checked us in was very kind. But when we got there we learned that the elevators were broken (we were on the second floor) and that the pool wasn't even filled and they were not heating the hot tub (part of our pull to stay here). We got up to our room (lugging our suitcases up in the stairwell with some unsafe conditions). We get to our room (which is located right next to the broken elevator AND the ice machine which seems stupid) to find out our key did not work. We thought maybe she wrote down the number wrong (219) so he tried across the hall at 218 and it worked. I was about to wheel my luggage into the room when I noticed OTHER PEOPLES CLOTHES AND SUITCASES OUT. The woman programmed our key for someone else's room. My husband went back down and got our key fixed but I spent our 2 days there worried someone would get a key to our room and not be so kind in leaving our stuff alone. After the first night there we were woken up VERY EARLY to someone getting ice (since it was right outside our room). The breakfast was decent for the rest of the hotel being crap. This place was a waste of money and I WOULD NOT recommend

Room was decent.

At 10:00 PM arrival time, not one of the exterior lights were on, not even a light indicating the name of the hotel. What made that worse is that the parking lot is riddled with deep potholes that made for dangerous maneuvering in the dark. I made mention of that to the clerk and he asked, "Which light is out?" ALL OF THEM!! He made no attempt to turn them on. Not crazy about a dark hotel.
