I highly recommend this Hotel. It is in a great location, the staff were all so friendly and accommodating and it is very clean. A special mention of Omar who was extremely exceptional in his job. You cannot go wrong with choosing here. You will love it.

The house on pink street is in a great location for getting around Lisbon. Joana is the best and left sweet treats for us every night. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We loved staying at the house on pink street!

I wish I stayed at this hotel longer but unfortunately we had only scheduled a couple of days in Lisbon. This is a smaller historical hotel so there aren't many guests which is kind of nice if you like something more quiet and personable. Not particularly family-friendly from my experience but that was fine with us. I loved how they had wine for us in our room that we could drink freely and the ambiance of the entire place was tastefully done. The breakfast offering was decent given the space and I loved that it ran later than others. What really set this place apart was the staff. They were all so courteous and friendly, and extremely helpful! Perhaps that's part of the intimacy of this hotel since it's smaller so the staff can develop more of a relationship with guests, but it definitely made us feel so welcome. Clementino was the cutest greeter and helped us with our luggage and offered us welcome drinks. The gentleman who runs the desk at night was also extremely helpful (I unfortunately forgot to ask his name) but he lent us a luggage weight scale and helped us load our luggage. If we're ever in Lisbon again, will definitely come back

I can't say enough good things about Independence Bica! The location was super convenient and the staff were so helpful. In fact we changed our plans to stay here an extra day and are so glad we did! The breakfast was fantastic, even as someone who can't tolerate gluten or dairy, there were plenty of option for me, including a choice of hot, freshly prepared items such as scrambled eggs and bacon. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff at front desk were efficient and kind. The doorman (I think his name was Tomas) was so helpful in getting us a lift to the cruise port. Fresh water was always available in one of the lounges as well as coffee & tea. The breakfast buffet was very good with an assortment of options. I loved the location. Definitely would recommend the Lisboa Plaza Hotel.

The property is excellent the unit where we stayed is very nice and comfortable. The buffet people are very nice, the support for check in and out is good. We love the modern vibes of the unit will 100% recommend to friends and family.
