The hotel is very clean. The staff is very well informed and polite. The spa is fabulous. The breakfast is buffet style with a large assortment of items.The overall appearance and the public rooms are quite elegant. This was my second stay.

Not as it appears, rooms are very basic, small and dated for the price. Parking very awkward. Situated in the middle of a busy little town. Not the country escape we were looking for. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is nice quaint hotel in a small town located in the hillsides of valencia , its about an hour from.Valencia and an hour from Bologna , very clean, well equipped hotel, comfortable rooms, good service, good breakfast, didnt get to try the spa but I hear its very nice.

Overpriced for Average Hotel
Just OK stay at Hotel Helvetia Thermal Spa. For the high price the condition of the hotel was disappointing and certainly not luxurious. The spa is enclosed and sadly nothing special. The hotel itself could use better style. On the positive side the hotel is clean and the staff was excellent and super friendly.

Relaxing stay
Close the the station in the centre of town, close to many local restaurants. Also many hikes into the surrounding hills from the town. Great to come back to the awesome spa facilities. Clean rooms but fairly basic, good coffee machine in the room. Service good.

Very good hotel with a beautiful spa and also a great restaurant ( ertainly the best in Pistoa, I believe). We were cycling, but our bicycles got a good place. We can recommend this hotel. It also has a good location and the room was quite.

Luxury in a Jazz-Loving Town
The hotel Helvetia Thermal Spa was just the relaxing break we needed after a long drive. With spa services, modern clean rooms and amenities we eased right into comfort. The included breakfast was extensive and delicious. The town is a family oriented area surrounded by beautiful mountains. Each summer Porretta Terme hosts a very special blues, jazz and soul festival.

Weekend veramente piacevole, a partire dall' hotel, alle terme fino alla spa. Staff molto accogliente e disponibile, pulizia dei locali ottima, camere dotate di tutti i comfort. Bel hotel con servizio eccellente, la spa è piccola ma tutto funzionante non manca nulla, personale super cordiale, unica pecca che non abbiamo potuto portare nostro cagnolino, capiamo che è per il confort di chi ci sta nel hotel, ho apprezzato moltissimo che non ci fossero bambini anche se ultimo giorno sono arrivati dei caffoni ( adulti ) che pensavano di essere nel acquapark, sfortunatamente trovati nel nostro stesso piano la sera e hanno fatto casino tutta la sera nel corridoio idem nella spa, con urli è maleducazione , per il resto è tutto perfetto
