Hotel is a work in progress since changing ownership and brands. Beds were very comfortable, room was quiet, and bathroom / shower was fine with plenty of hot water. Staff was helpful, courteous, and accommodating to guest needs. They served a full hot breakfast on par with other major hotel brands Price paid was on par with the current hotel condition ......overall, a satisfying stay.

Friendly staff. Hotel needs work, rugs stained and dirty, microwave did not work, curtain broken and would not close had to put a hair clip to keep the light from coming in, hair in the bathtub and floor. Complained but nothing was done.

Our check in was very easy. We were told that there were upgrades taking place in the hotel. Our room, had a non-functioning light over the sink so we had to keep the bathroom door open if we wanted to use the sink. The TV worked but no picture. Thankfully, the maintenance man was able to fix the TV. Breakfast was ample and good. Staff were friendly.

Family Funeral

The hotel staff was nice; the room was clean and comfortable. This was well worth the price charged. I recently stayed at the Altoona Grand and there was no comparison. This hotel was excellent!

Great weekend stay

We had a nice stay. The front desk was so accommodating to us! Very helpful with coupons for dinner and even providing cute coloring pages for my 4 year old. The breakfast assortment was yummy from making waffles to chobani yogurt! We were disappointed the pool was closed due to renovations. It never stated that when booking, maybe disclaimer should be provided especially when families book for the pool.
