L'hôtel est propre, et bien entretenu, la literie est confortable, chambre parfois un peu bruyante selon le côté de l'hôtel dans lequel on se trouve, mais rien d'insuportable. Le petit déjeuner est très varié avec un personnel aux petits soins avec les clients, réactifs et professionnels, très agréable! Le seul bémol est le restaurant qui n'en a que le nom. La qualité des plats s'approche de celle qu'on pourrait trouver dans une cantine bas de gamme (les prix par contre sont bien ceux d'un bon restaurant). Heureusement, le personnel de l'accueil est de très bon conseil pour rediriger les clients vers des restaurants qui permettront de profiter de l'excellente cuisine Toscane pour tous les budgets.

Die Unterkunft war preislich sehr gut. Das einzige was gestört hat war die Klimaanlage, da sie zu Kalt eingestellt war und man sie nicht ausschalten konnte. Aber alles in allem war es eine tolle Unterkunft.
