This property is top notch. The staff treatment is excellent and the facilities were amazing. We will be going back.

We enjoyed our 6 day visit at the Majestic Mirage Punta Cana. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone Is friendly and accommodating. The lobby area is beautiful, the pools and property are very clean. The rooms are spacious and clean. The linen and towels seemed to be clean as well though it’s probably time for replacement. The restaurants overall were good. We do believe there’s an opportunity to enhance the quality of food. For example, the vegetables at the steakhouse looked and tasted like it was a bag of Birdseye mixed vegetables. The drinks were good, however, tasted like mocktails. Despite the minor opportunities for improvement, I would visit again.

Great stay however often found ourselves having difficulty with communication and the staff. We were ignored when requesting certain drinks or directions. They only offered sodas for every meal.
