The night staff said that the food voucher they gave us was supposed to cover the buffet in the morning at the restaurant. When I got to the restaurant, first no one would help me so I had to seat myself (they were not busy at all) then after I got the buffet someone finally came ip to me and told me the voucher didn’t cover it. The room was ok but the people in the room above me were jumping on the floor after midnight and there was a woman screaming for over an hour. I called the front desk and they did get them to stop so I could finally get some sleep.
