My brother and me stayed in this hotel before and after hiking in Torres del Paine. The architecture and interior are modern and frankly impressive. The staff is amazing: very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, especially after coming back after 5 days of hiking. I hope I have opportunity to stay here again.

Great place to land after the W trek to get organized. Love that it has a little kitchen with everything I needed and it was clean comfortable and quiet.

Not what we expected with so many good reviews. Staff was either unhelpful or annoying. Rooms were either too hot or too cold. Amenities were poor. We tried spa and pool and were left disappointed. Overpriced for what it is especially with the lack of actual help
