failure to refund for the unused part of the stay

I prepaid for four days on Orbitz but had to leave after two days. The hotel indicated that they would refund the difference back thru Orbitz the unused part of the stay. However, three weeks later no refund was made to my credit card.

エアコンの吹き出し口がカビで真っ黒。窓はこれでもかっていうくらい汚い。通常の清掃は出来ているが、設備の清掃はまったくできていない。

安くて使いやすい

港から近くて便利な立地です。建物はそれなりに古い感じはありますが、価格が安いので充分です。スタッフの方もテキパキと接客していました。

２日間お世話になりました

朝食付きでお願いし、二日目はフェリーで那覇に向かうので早朝のチェックアウトになるので弁当にして貰いました。チェックインの時に弁当のお願いをしていたのですが、伝わって無かった見たいでしたが１５分位で用意頂けました。チェックアウト前に早めに弁当の確認をされた方が急ぐ方は良いかもしれません。

とにかく築年数が、４０年以上なので冷蔵庫の音には 悩まされた。 サウナが浴室にあるのは嬉しいポイントだか、泊まり尺以外も多くて難あり。
