Rooms was very clean and AC was easy to adjust. Staff was very friendly and spoke very English very well. Perfect location, Great place to stay.

Room was nice and clean. Great location and near Osaka Station and walking distance to Kitte shopping and restaurants. Also walking within walking distance to Laundry facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is equivalent to a Days Inn based in the US. The accommodations and breakfast were commensurate with the price. The room and bathroom were small and utilitarian.

The washroom had a stinking smell from sewage, there was little space for cloth or towels.
