Fabulous location and wonderful stay.

Great location. Very easy to access. Friendly staff. Lovely apartment

Very close to Sao Bento station

Great hotel, the location is great for Porto visit but also quite. The room was clean and well organized. Staff was incredibly polite and helpful

The staff was excellent and provided options for places to eat and provided a rundown on some of the more popular places to visit.

A lot of misrepresentation . Had to contact them the night before to ask them for the codes to get into the building. On the paperwork we saw the address as 468. But they actually gave us a building three blocks further away from the area we wanted to be in. When we got into town on the metro, we were told to walk to their office to get the key to the front door. That was extra walking for us uphill. This was never represented to us. One of the people in the group has asthma. It was very inconvenient. I’ve been to other apartments, and we never had to go to the office first. There were also problems within the apartment, but I won’t get into it. Had to send a few text back-and-forth. But I have to say that the apartment was lovely and mostly equipped. But if you’re looking for a toaster, you won’t find one or a wine bottle opener. Could use a few more kitchen amenities.
