Needs a few improvements
The suite was very clean……..but no fan in the bathroom so it stayed steamy after showers. Also, poor lighting in the room….if we hadn’t had a nice picture window, it would have been too dark.

Nice stay
Very clean and comfortable. Check in was at a connecting hotel lobby, but it wasn't a hassle. Breakfast was very surprising with meats, eggs, cereal and waffles

The check in situation is odd as it is shared with the four points hotel. No front desk at all. Rooms were fine, free breakfast was fine. It felt as though if you had an issue there was no one to call. Not that I had an issue.

I had to walk across the parking lot and around the corner from where the entrance is to 4 points by shereton to check in. It was near dark and i found that extremely aggravating, being a widow in her senior yrs. Our room was a handicap room, why i do not understand abd i eas to tired to request a change. The bathtub/shower faucet was loose but we managed to get it to work. Room was clean but had a musty odor, definately a remodel and not well done. The only redeaming thing about my stay was rhe wonderful service and kind ladies at the breakfast buffet. Hats off to those women, great job ladies! .

When I left the bldg to resume my road trip, I found that thousands of birds went do-do on my truck. The property did not offer a water hose to clean off the vehicle to minimize paint damage. The windshield was so soiled that you could hardly see to drive. First station had a water hose and we got off the worst so we could continue trip. Lost 3 hrs not to mention the stress and fear of paint damages. Had to stop again at first car wash, where it was unsafe and a transient tried to yank open my truck door. Had to leave immediately then back on road to find next car wash.... what a nightmare staying at this Property. I am requesting a full refund.

We couldn’t make it because of a storm that was coming through and my husband didn’t wanna risk driving us into a tornado in the dark. So we had to stop in Childress before we got to Amarillo. I emailed the hotel because it was late and never got a response from them and of course I still got charged for the stay so that’s why you get 1 stars.

No parking for check in, can’t get to the sloped sidewalk with courtesy carts due to parked cars in the way. And you really should have a sign out back to warn about parking under trees & excessive bird poop! We literally had to go through a car wash three times to get the car clean and drivable.

Checking in is a pain. We had to go into the lobby of the adjoining property (not even Fairfield) then go back across the parking lot to enter the Fairfield. We could hear the local traffic in the room all night. The breakfast was ok but still had to go to the other building to check out. Not convenient at all.

The only reason I am giving three stars is because I booked a double queen and was there at 3 O’clock and they didn’t have any available. I could understand if I was checking in late, but I was in time. Had to share one bed. Not horrible, I just like to get what I reserved.
