Worth the price… has an odor
The bed was comfortable but the room had an odor. It seemed like it was an old building that had been remodeled but the smell just couldn’t be masked. I would not take my wife there.

Generally run down. Room was a 2nd floor walk-up (no elevator). The bed was gruesomely hard. The property was noisy and the A/C was broken upon check-in.

We have stayed here before and really liked that they have a good size dirt courtyard that is shaded to walk the dogs around. Unfortunately this trip they had significant rain so most of the courtyard was like two separate ponds so area to walk was limited. Not a "ding" but was disappointing, but out of their control. Also - would be nice if they added maybe scrambled eggs to the breakfast fare. Just pretty limited for protein items.
