Before I made reservations, we called the motel to make sure we were making the reservation at the right Best Western. The individual that answered assured my friend that it was the right location. I personally listened to the conversation, and she gave the individual every street and businesses that were around the motel we were asking about. When we went to check in, at the motel where we were going to stay, there was no reservation. I found out that the individual who stated we had the correct motel had lied about the motel being the one next to Rush Eye Associates on Fleming. I made reservations at a totally different Best Western and ended up having to lay for another room at the right motel. So now I'm out $109 because of the wrong information by a Best Western employee. My friend asked all the right questions down to the street the correct motel was on and ended up having to pay for 2 rooms and never using the other.

The staff was absolutely amazing, both Wednesday and Thursday during my conversations with them. Specifically, Katy and Estella(?) were unbelievable. Can't say enough good things about them. My rooms were excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Appreciate everyone's efforts in making my stay GREAT!

The night receptionist Katie was great. The shower was in terrible condition. The corners need to be cleaned with bleach, they had build-up of pinkish crud. Maybe it was puke or anything else. It was disgusting. The floor of the shower was very concerning how dirty it was. One of the towels I used was a little crunchy. I hope it wasn’t used already. The pillows absolutely sucked. They were tiny squares and too firm. The covering on the window didn’t provide privacy, it was see-thru.
