Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is only 2 Elevators and they were very busy with people leaving and ALOTof staff members getting ready to clean. Waffle iron needs to be replaced. Breakfast was ok.

The front desk agent could not have been more unfriendly. No hello, no please, not telling us about the amenities. Know that the breakfast is only served until 9.00am. Stayed seated during check-in. Just a low experience overall. The rooms are clean and comfy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean, had the largest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a standard hotel, and bed was super comfortable.

We stayed in Room104 the second time returning from a trip. The first stay one week earlier was in a room on the third floor. The third floor room was excellent. Everything was clean and in great shape so I was expecting the second stay would be the same. Wrong. The sheets, although clean, were tattered and torn all along the top and bottom edges. The top sheet also had a couple of places that were worn enough that there were holes. The sheets need to be trashed. The room had no stool to go with the chair like the first room. The floors in the entry way were not rinsed well from being mopped and were sticky enough that you could see footprints in the mop water residue left on the floor. All in all this room was not up to the same level as our first room. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The only issue for us is the water pressure was rather low and the sprayer was low as well. It just took us a lot longer to take a shower but we managed just fine.
