I had a terrible experience staying at this property. Even today when I checked out, I left my name and number for a manager, and you have yet to hear from someone. When I checked in, I asked for a quieter room as I was by myself and not used to traveling and being alone. The employee at the desk was very short and rude when I inquired about a quieter room in a corner or not by an elevator or in between too many people. At 10:00 PM after trying to fall asleep the room to the left of me was banging and blaring loud music that was vibrating the walls I could not take it anymore as I’ve already heard kids up and down the hall, screaming and yelling and door slamming, and it was obvious she had not put me in a quieter area. I called down to the front desk and complained, but was already in bed and really was not wanting to move rooms. To my knowledge, she did ask them to quiet and down. I heard her knock on their door, they turned down music for about 10 minutes and as she walked off, blared it again I had a miserable night to say the least and will never stay at this property again even when I inquired and complained again this morning, nothing was done to compensate me or even act like they cared.She just said they had a group of worker staying there for over a month. I didn’t care who they were or how long they were staying, they had no right doing what they did and being very inconsiderate and irresponsible, and very disrespectful to other guest. Overall, the staff was terrib

After not sleeping the night before we hit road we need somewhere nice and comfortable to stay with a good breakfast for the following morning. This hotel hit the spot! It was nice, convenient, clean and comfortable! They were also very friendly towards our service dog. Not to mention we got our room on short notice, during one of busiest times of the year and after they had completely booked up the night before. 10/10 would highly recommend! We will be stopping here from now on during our CO road trips.
