Strong perfume/air freshener used! Beware
Could not stay here. Upon walking into the lobby, I was overwhelmed by the strong smell of fragrance/air freshener. I chemically sensitive. I checked our floor (3rd floor) and the room but they both reeked of the same scent. Front desk clerk would not refund my prepaid stay. I had to go through hotel.com customer service, but finding a number to a live person at midnight was an hour long challenge. Horrible experience.
