Was disappointed that room was right next to the elevator and vending machine which was a slight distraction. The air conditioning was poor as the room felt quite warm. The room curtains did not provide adequate darkness.

Comfy bed and yummy breakfast
Second time staying but first time using the pool. I think the pool needed to be a little more clean but the temp was good. The kids had a good time. Breakfast was great!

Only thing was...someone turned the fridge up as high as possible. I didn't look at the temperature control nor could I read it and we had 2 cans of Bubly freeze and explode in the fridge. We had a container of fresh veggies ruined along witb 2 of the bubly's that frozd and exploded. Otherwise, a great place to stay outside of the breakfast.

Kristi (I believe that is her name) was so friendly at check in. Clean. Quiet. Great location- walk to food and even nail salon. Huge hot tub. Breakfast looks like it will have many options.

DOUBLE BOOKED INTO SOMEONE ELSE’S ROOM
When we initially checked in, we were sent to a room on the third floor. We opened the door with our key and realized that somebody’s belongings were already in this room. Awkward! Embarrassing! So we went back down to check in and they gave us another room. Have to do better than that – unacceptable.

Night time attendant inappropriate
The facility itself was good. The night attendent (arrived after midnight) was totally trashed out, saying inappropriate things, making me feel unsafe and scared. Not sure if I should leave and find somewhere else to stay. He kept going into the side room to vape, making inappropriate comments and basically just out of his mind. Was obviously high on something. Took a long time to get checked in, wrong room keys, gave me a key to another guest's room. He is a possible risk to safety.

Employees were not very pleasant from the front desk to maid staff. You can hear everything around your room, running water, footsteps, etc. hard to sleep. Breakfast was alright but the seating area is way too small. It is moderately priced for the area which is the only reason to stay here.
