Property is under remodel with no consideration to guests during. I paid extra for pool and exercise room. Did not need to shut that down just because you are remodeling guest rooms. Take these amenities off your advertising during remodeling.

Everything was closed down. Rooms were dirty. Woke up with bites all over my body. Pretty sure it’s bed bugs. Has to argue with staff to checkout early due to dirtyness and bed bugs

The property was under construction and only the 2nd floor was available. Not an issue. However, the area of the hotel available was very worn. I can see why it was being updated. The staff was great.

Good, clean place to stay.

Huge room. Very clean. Easy access to several restaurants. Try Rosa's Cafe. They make their own tortillas and serve them hot and fresh with dinner. It is very near the hotel and easy to get to.

The hotel was undergoing renovations which was mentioned NOWHERE when booking. Massive boxes everywhere, sections covered with tarps, dusty, etc. Pool had no sign indicating it was closed but area had paint buckets surrounding pool. We were told by front desk that we couldn’t use it because of this but that it would be open by the next day. 2 days later paint buckets were still there and there was a sign declaring the pool closed. The fitness center was also closed. Pictures on google maps showed Texas shaped waffles, but the waffles at the breakfast were normal circles. In addition, the waffles were sour(both the strawberry flavor and the plain), the muffins were hard as rocks, and the gravy was a weird texture. There was nowhere to fill my water bottle and the front desk had to open up the breakfast area so I could fill it. There were signs for vending machines but no vending machines present and the marketplace was absurdly expensive. The shower in the bathroom was leaky and the sofa bed was just a stained boxspring, with no linens. The front desk staff were as kind and helpful as possible, but hospitable staff can only get you so far when the rest of the hotel is a hot mess. Luckily, I was visiting a friend who I ended up able to stay with or this would have been a very miserable trip.

We were greeted by an enthusiastic young lady at the front desk and assigned a room on the first floor. Unfortunately, the commode backed up, and the young lady reassigned us to the suite without upselling. We appreciate her help. They are in the middle of remodeling, but the hotel is open. The staff were great.
