The place only had 1 working elevator for a 5 story hotel. I was placed at the end of the hallway and hear every time someone came through the stairwell door( very loud). The bed was too hard to sleep in, i slept in the chair next to the bed.

When I arrived to the facility I got informed that they didn’t have rooms available even that I got charged and got the confirmation with a room number prior arriving. They just notify me to contact Expedia to get my money back. I tried a couple times and no way to contact them.

This facility should have been refurbished several years ago. My non-smoking room had cigarette burns on furniture. The refrigerator was not working. Floor tiles were cracked. At least it was cheap, but I will pay more and stay elsewhere.
