Dependably good hotel

I stay in Amarillo multiple times a year. I can depend on this hotel to be clean with great service. Slow elevators is my only complaint.

There was a group of drunk men in main lobby, drinking from bourbon bottles openly, staff did nothing, forcing people to leave area, because of foul language..and with all the dogs we came away with flea bites, food was awful, no restaurant, they just plopped gummy pasta with no flavor , butter wasn’t even butter was some sort of soybean stuff..

I most enjoyed the outside patio area after driving all day. Being able to sit outside and relax was pretty nice. Before going to bed I sat in the hot tub. It was Cristal clear and warm.
