With the pool located near the lobby it was very noisy and the floors were absolutely soaked with pool water, this also extended to the elevators. The hallway on my floor the carpet was wet and had a used bandaid when I arrived and still there the next day when I left. Just unsanitary conditions throughout.

Ok stay

The rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable and clean. As we went out to front parking lot to load up my family of 7 we noticed someone backed into our luggage rack and completely bent it in half. We had to stuff everything in the vehicle with 6 hour drive left. Front desk lady said cameras didnt reach where we parked. That put a big damper in our travels. Wished there were more honest people.

Front desk Kathy was amazing!

We had an issue with our ac leaking water. Kathy was quick at the issue. She brought some towels to the room and comped our stay for any inconvenience we had. The bed was so comfy and cozy.

Overall fantastic hotel. The staff was excellent and the food was great. They even had free alcohol even though me and my wife didn’t drink. The only issue was a few things in the room and floor need attention. We had like 5 tissues in the box, the conditioner dispenser barely worked, and the ice machine was totally dead. Other than those small things our stay was wonderful.
