Very clean, however when I checked in there was a problem with Expedia submitting payment to the hotel and I feel like that conversation should’ve been between the guest services representative and Expedia. Not with me, a customer who paid for the room ahead of time.

Our room did not have hot water. Room 424. My son showered at night around 10pm and told me there was no hot water. I thought he was exaggerating. I woke at 5:30am and wait 5 mins for the water to get hot and it never did. I informed the night desk manager and he shrugged and said I don’t know anything about the boilers. I informed the morning manager during checkout and they said “I’m sorry.”, but didn’t offer to investigate or do anything to resolve our inconvenience. Nice proximity to the airport, but if you want a shower, don’t stay here. Also…the hot tub didn’t work and there was a bird feather floating on the water. Gross. Just not a well ran property. Great stay. Although I do have to mention when we arrived at our hotel room, the door almost didn’t look latched because it appeared that the door had been previously pried open. I was a little sketched out after seeing that and especially when you walked in the room and shut the door behind you, the metal piece that you can open & shut to secure the door was also busted in half. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Room was wonderful. However the bathroom door was hard to shut due do it getting wet so much as the shower curtain is to short and shower head sprays to wide. So the floor floods. The breakfast food and restaurant were great!!!!

Boiling hot water
Water was so hot no one could take a shower. Front desk did nothing to address the issue, simply said “maybe it’s because everyone is showering at the same time?” Ridiculous
