Could have been better
Got a “presidential suite” Room was cozy. Only disappointed with the tub that was out of order and had old water from who knows when. Since the tub was out decided to go use the jacuzzi, only to be disappointed by the water looking dirty in the only warm jacuzzi out of the two.Talked about getting some sort of reimbursement but didn’t really get any help with that.

The drain in the shower was backed up and it looked dirty. The closet doors looked a little roughed up, but the bed was fluffy and comfortable. The channels on the television were choppy and it was hard to watch anything but forensic files.

Shower didn’t work. Water didn’t go down the sink. TV didn’t have a remote and the WiFi didn’t work. All these things were reported to the front office and nothing was done to resolve the issues or change the room. The worst experience.

Hotel is outdated, so things looked "old" in the room. Usually the lamps on the nightstands have USB plug ins, there were no USB plugs in the room. No complimentary breakfast. Front desk lady and bartender were very friendly.
