Extreme disappointment with the service and cleanliness at Homewood during my recent stay on July 29, 2024. My experience fell far below the standards I expect from a Hilton hotel of your reputation. Upon check-in the process took an hour, which was an unacceptable delay after a long day of travel. Arrival time was 11:11 pm and was checked in close to 12:00 am. Furthermore, when I finally entered my room, I was appalled to find that the bed sheets had blood stains and stains on pillow cases. The room itself was not clean. This is both unsanitary and unacceptable. When I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk, rather than arranging for another room or sending housekeeping to address the problem. I was told to pick up new sheets myself at 12:30am. This lack of proper service and comfort is deeply troubling. I request a full refund for my stay and a formal apology for the inconvenience and distress caused by these issues to me and my family.

Great place to stay!
Ms. Pamela at the front desk is a delightful human who wishes only the best for her guests! What a breath of fresh air!!! Our big suite with a kitchenette was perfect for us and our grand daughters! I haven’t ever experienced a cool pool in a Texas summer, but this pool was VERY refreshing!
