I got it, i was the only gueat at christmas eve, But that should not keep back fro serving breakfast The rooms need a good clean up Dont help that pool is i side and the hallway smells like chloride

Okay stay
The rooms were pretty good for the price, but were obviously a bit old and run down. I rented two rooms to accommodate my whole family and one of the rooms initially was boarded up and inaccessible. They had to assign a different room, which was a bit awkward. I got a good night’s sleep and a passable continental breakfast. Nothing too exciting, but passable.

The booked to a room under construction. I couldn’t stay. This is Christmas travel so all the other hotels were booked. I had no place to stay. I had to go to another town and pay triple the cost for the hotel. Never will stay at the brands chains again. Absolutely horrible.

Ok so you get what you get for the price. It's a place to sleep with a bathroom. Heater works really well. Pretty clean in the rooms. The staff at the front desk was friendly It smelled like cow manure due to being close to a feed lot. But we couldn't smell it in the rooms. Not very secure on the outside the door doesn't have key card entrance anyone can walk in. Doors to the rooms are hard to open due to settling of the building, and doors don't open the first or 3rd time you try to use your card even though the light turns green. One of the rooms the door kept locking open.

Never again!!!
This room was horrible! There were live and dead bugs in the bathroom, a greasy arm print on the mirror by the front door, looked like somebody’s been playing on the bed after it was made. I had stayed there about 25 years ago. Looks exactly the same as it did then. The carpet was disgusting and the mattresses were sagging , we got a room with two queen beds. I went to the front to ask for a handicap accessible room & while I was standing there, the girl at the counter, answered the phone and gave the only room available away while I was right in front of her waiting.

The property is very run down & in need of renovation. I was not able to use the shower due to the showerhead being broken. This was reported to the maintenance staff, who agreed to take care of it. I stayed only 1 night so don't know if it was.

The room wasn’t horrible but definitely not great. The people above me were constantly making noise to where I got no sleep. The area felt scratch and unsafe to me. I ended up cancelling aft the first day to find a better and safe area to stay.

When visiting, don’t go with high expectations. It’s a small town and you have VERY limited options. As for this hotel, it calls your attention from the pictures they advertise on their website. The hotel looks a little run down for it to be semi new. The building on the outside looks nice along with the lobby. The rooms are a different opinion

Ohh brother where do I even start. We stayed here for 2 nights and got 2 different rooms and the room I got for my parents was a disaster, they tried to shower and the shower head completely fell off from the wall and the A/C sounded like it was fighting for its life, around the same time I went down to the little store that they have and tried purchasing a drink, I don’t know what the girl at the front desk did but she charged me $158.70. When I told her what happened she acted confused and said she only charged me for the beverage to which I pulled up my banking app and showed her the charge. She said she would call her manager to cancel the charge but after an hour I had heard nothing so I went back down and asked her what the update was to which she said that her manager was not answering the phone and was working from home so she had to wait to get a response, while I was at the front desk my parents called and told me about the shower head and the front desk attendant said she would change them rooms, so we move all of their stuff to the different room. They day came and went and I still had not heard back on the refund so the next morning my parents call again and say that the bath tub was clogged on the room they were moved to so I had to go down and talk to the manager again about changing rooms because he said maintenance was not in that day. Terrible stay and I still don’t have my money back.

Carpets were dirty ceiling looked like it was fixing to fall. Room smelled terrible like vomit / feces Trash behind headboard. Bathroom was dirty toilet bowl was dirty .
