Towels were brown instead of white. Roaches on sofa. We were tired and said, oh well lets just sleep and go. That didnt happen. While we were asleep roaches decided to share the bed with us. That was it. We grabbed our stuff and left. Asked expedia for refund but they said it depended on hotel. Have never experienced this from a Quality Inn. So sad.

Quite a few bugs in our room (rm 128). Silverfish or something similar. Woke up with 8 or 10 of them in my empty but unrinsed travel mug. Gross. Bedspread, sofa, shower curtain, and bath mat were each stained and there was a faint smell of smoke in our nonsmoking room. Price was good, so I don’t expect perfection, but I can’t recommend it. Spacious room and good basics if they could deal with the bugs and the furnishings.
