Room was cute. Hotel was cute. Really enjoyed our stay. Only issue was no water pressure in bathtub, i mean it was just a trickle. and fixture was hard to turn off. It was leaking. Not a deal breaker. Was a nice motel for overnight stay.

It was okay. Not unpleasant and not great. Older and certainly in need of some attention to detail. Had an odd smell I couldn't pin point. Not bad, just strange. The shutters for the window had many holes that had clearly been plugged up with paper. I'm not saying this was a bad experience. It was pleasant and a good stop for the night.

The best part about this place is I could go straight to my room without having to check in at a front desk. The keyless entry with a code was so convenient, and much easier without having a key that gets lost or deactivated. The pet relief area was also great for my dogs as mine like to go potty off leash. I didnt have time to try the steak house next door but it was good to know a dinner option was close. The staff were available via text message for questions or requests. Finally the room was very clean and had a unique western style. I would stay again if I'm ever passing through Amarillo.

Staff was amazing upon check in. Room was clean and comfortable. The highway traffic was extremely loud as well as thin walls we could hear neighbors swinging bathroom doors all night. Other than that the white noise machine was a great addition to drown out that noise. Comfortable stay for price and location to delicious restaurant The Big Texan!

It was very easy to check in on line and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for shopping and dining. We checked out at 5am and got out of there. Cockroaches all over the bathroom and tv console. Would never recommend. PLEASE Big Texan motel do something about it.
