Horrible experience. The noise is loud from the people above us. The room was so outdated and needed repairs along with the musky mildew smell covered up by an awful air freshener. No phone in the room so had to walk up to the front to raise the issue of the noise above our room when already on pjs. The room was so uncomfortable that my husband and I stayed out all day and left at 6am in the morning from this rat hole. The rooms advertised are NOT the rooms you get!! They are all not remodeled. Also had weird see through curtains on the glass doors so you could see people walking by out your door. Would not recommend and would never stay here again.

The desk clerk was very friendly and check in only took maybe 1 minute. My room was great and my stay very comfortable. This was my second stay here and I’ll return each time I’m driving back from Colorado through Amarillo.

It was good. Everyone was friendly. The only thing that was hard is getting to our room from the outside. The lock was broken on our floor so if the door latched we couldn’t get back in. We had to go all the way around to the lobby. The downstairs door wouldn’t take our code so same thing. We had to go all the way around to the lobby.
