Understanding this is an affordable option, the general condition of the property was ok, however the room was not clean. There was wet toilet paper stuck to the shower threshold and door - like it was wet and then dried there. The floor was swept but our feet were dirty after walking on it barefoot. Finally, the towel that I pulled to use after my shower had a few clumps of dog hair on it. Would not stay in a Tru property again.

Great facility, looks new and well taken care of. Price was reasonable and location is convenient. Breakfast was good. Only complain being cloth hangers were too high and short people couldn't reach them. And there's no liners in the trash cans. Otherwise great place to stay if you are passing by!

The room and hotel was very clean and comfortable. The tv in the room had an issue. Plenty of shopping near by. The buffet breakfast was very good with a suggestion to cook bacon longer.

.. My husband and I are on a 3 week roadtrip. I booked this hotel based on reviews a few months ago and knowing it was a Hilton it should have been good. However, it wasn’t. After driving 14 hours all we wanted to do was shower and sleep. Room was a little small but really clean. That was the one plus. Shower was terrible, repeat terrible. The spot where the head connects to the pipe had a leak so water sprayed everywhere except the direction it was suppose to leaving really low pressure. The door of the shower seems to be missing a part on the bottom so water was everywhere.. basically has to use all the towels to clean that. Bed was not super comfortable but not the worse. We came do for breakfast at 8:30 and it ends at 9 am. Nothing wa slept except bread, pancakes, and cereal. When asked they said they were likely not making anything else since it was so late… Hilton do better😳. For a similar price I could have stayed at another hotel with similar rating.. I was actually really disappointed in this hotel. I won’t be back. Skip this hotel and find another
