Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I made reservations a month in advance for a ground level room, but they didn't have one or informed in advance, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. No ice machine or ice bucket. But they have a freezer in the room, big deal if you are there for one night. The place is just overall inconvenient. I'll never return. They also allow dogs unleashed to walk freely. There was a bit pull unattended walking around. I was very concerned for my safety. Nothing short of a 100% refund is acceptable, I'll not hold my breath. Avoid this place.

This is the type of place I love to stay and haven’t seen much lately. Pretty bare bones, but clean and with all you need. Full size fridge, cooktop, microwave, flat screen tv, very comfy bed, very comfy pillows. Regular sheets and blanket on the bed, so you’re not miserable with a comforter. And again, clean room and clean bathroom. I arrived after hours (by a lot) for checkin and someone was down to help me in under 2 minutes. The value was GREAT. Very much recommend and want more hotels like this!

One of the only hotels in Amarillo that will still allow locals to stay as needed. Has been cleaned up, clientele wise somewhat. Could still use more. Access is by guest keys only to help with safety.

Doesn't have a side table light. No ice available, the light switches are wired weird. Price was what we got. Small kitchenette had nothing but empty cabinets, with No ice available at least have some ice trays to make some with that huge frig.

I have multiple pictures of the bugs, dried blood, hair, trash crumbs, stains and the cigarette smell was horrible!!! I seriously do not understand how this place is rated 7 stars. Also the we have two ladies cussing and fighting down the hall all night threatening each other. This experience could not have been worse
